Hatanokawa was on the way to toon track

Toon track was a walking track I'd found that lead from way up high to way down low. I used to drive up and mountain bike it. I'd usually stop on the way up and take photos. Not sure what this represents. Could be a boundary marker. Wouldn't be a tsunami warning stone, we're way too high up. Oh yes, plus it's made out of concrete... It has nice proportions.
