16px is not so large

Hey yeah. This is interesting. Here's an article by Oliver Reichenstein about how type set to 16px is not actually not too big. Catch me on the computer, and chances are I'm leaning over, face 10 inches from the screen. A simple, clear website, plenty of whitespace, with type set at 16px is nice to read. If I sit back.
